Let me be clear that sometimes I can be a very slow drawer, (specially now that I enrolled in Med Vet college) so I ask for your patience. My usual drawings don't take me more than a month but I ask for a window of 3 months to complete each commission, to make sure no unplanned events stop me from delivering your order on time! I'll provide more info in the instructions, but I'll make sure to share my process along so anyone can check how much work I have left until I can finish each piece! I hope you all can understand!♡
If you're in a hurry and need the drawing before a specific date, make sure to warn me so i can try to fit you in!}!!! PLEASE READ !!!
- Big changes to a piece (completelly changing the pose, clothes, expression and overall composition) are only accepted until the sketch phase (before the lineart). after that, I will only change small details, so be sure to communicate your heart's desire from the beginning!
- Taking too long to answer will put your commission on hold- remember, there may be people waiting after you -. I understand life happens, so i will hold on to the commission for a while, but this will affect the deadline accordingly. If I don't get any return within 3 months, the commission will be closed, so please tell me if you get any unplanned events that may refrain you from answering!!!
- Commissions made for commercial use (as twitch emojis, promotinal material, brand banners, etc) will be charged twice the original cost.
- My commissioned artwork can be posted online but must not be edited or traced and my signature must not be removed or hidden. Please keep my credits♡

TERMS OF SERVICE

By purchacing any artwork from me, you are stating that you have properly read, understand and agree with the following conditions:- Commissions will be requested throughout Google Forms. You can find the link to it in the "Commissions" tab of this website.WHEN COMMISSIONING ME:
- Please have patience when waiting for your commission to be finished. Please give me at most three (3) months max to finish the commission as to accomodate for unnplaned life events and my college studies. I spend many hours of my life in each piece to make sure every single part receives the attention it requires, so please be patient. The time each commission takes will also depend heavily on your spot in the waiting list. Rush orders with a deadline before the 3 month period will incur an additional fee of 30% the original price.- I will commit to providing updates at the thumbnail, sketch, flat colors, and final check phases to make sure the drawing illustrates the desired idea. The commissioner is welcome to ask for updates if there hasn't been one in awhile.- Big changes to the overall piece are accepted until the flat color phase. smaller tweaks like color changes, and small details can be made until the end with no problem.- Failure to answer my updates in one (1) week will result in me pausing the commission to work on the next one. This will affect the 3 month maximum deadline acccordingly. After 3 months of no contact with no proper explanation, the commission willl be closed with no refunds. In case of needing to pause the commission due to a plausible motive, the client may contact me and I will put their commission in the backline for a pre-determined period of time. Failure to come back after said period will also result in the closing of the commission.MY RIGHTS:
- I obtain the right to decline any commission if I feel that my skill level may not meet the request or if my bondaries (my "Will Not Draw" section stated in the "Commisions" tab of this website) are not met.- I obtain the right to cancel any commision and not refund any payment made in the case of violation of my terms of service, my “I Will Not Draw” section or respect for me as a human being.- I reserve the right to post, record the process and promote my artwork unless requested otherwise. I am allowed to include the artwork in my portfolio. Fanart commissions consisting only of characters from any existing media not created by the comissionner may potentially be used by me to produce physical prints and other merchandise in the future as I see fit.USAGE:
- See my "I Will Not Draw" section for information on what not to ask.- My commissions can be used for personal and commercial purposes, although the client must explicitally state their intentions with the piece before using it commercially. Commercial-use commissions will be charged twice the original price. Uppon noticing a personal commission being used commercially, I will take the actions stated in the last paragraph of this TOS.- My signature and direct correlation with my pieces as their original artist shall not be removed or hidden. The commissioner shall state it’s creation source in any use, as in citations in bio (in case of use in profile pictures, banners or social media profile imagery) explicit credit in posts and clear answers to questions related to its autorship. This also applies In case of commercial use.- My artworks shall not be edited or traced in a way to avoid following my TOS. It’s okay to use them for study purposes as long as my work is credited.- My artwork and my creations shall not, no matter what, be used as NFTs and as material for AI machine training. I also forbid the usage of my material for any AI generated content such as AI videos or editing enchanced by AI.- failure to follow my TOS will result in social media blockage and exposure as well as copyright protection actions depending of the gravity of the infraction.
